			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You may have already heard from me about two of the proposed constitutional amendments that will be on the ballot this November. In addition to these two amendments that would provide badly needed funds for public schools and college student loans, there are eight other proposed amendments on this year’s ballot. I encourage you to vote FOR all ten of these amendments.<br />
Early voting ends on Friday, October 24, and your last chance to vote is election day, Tuesday, November 8.<br />
